230,000 Private-Sector Jobs Added in March

The economy gained 216,000 jobs in the month of March.   The unemployment rate edge down to 8.8%, the lowest level since March 2009. Libya: Government dismisses rebel ceasefire offer

Libya’s government has dismissed as “mad” the conditional ceasefire offer made by the rebel administration.
